If the waste glass is landfilled, it will not only pollute the environment but also waste resources. The waste glass is recycled and reused after crushing, grinding, modification, and other technological processes, which can realize resource recycling.

After the large pieces of material are crushed to the required size by the hammer crusher, they are sent to the silo by elevator and fed into the main machine evenly and continuously through the feeding equipment. The materials entering the main engine fall onto the bulk material tray on the upper part of the main engine turntable along with the inclined draft tube.
When the main machine is working, dozens of grinding rollers rotate and roll in the ring. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is scattered to the periphery by the bulk disc and falls into the grinding cavity, and is stamped, rolled, and ground by the grinding roller in the ring.
After the multi-layer crushing and grinding, the material enters the powder classifier with the airflow of the fan for powder classification. Under the action of the impeller of the powder concentrator, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall back into the grinding cavity and are re-milled, and the materials that meet the fineness requirements enter the cyclone powder collector with the airflow to separate and collect part of the powder. And discharged by the discharge device at the bottom.
The rest of the powder enters the pulse dust collector from the upper part of the cyclone powder collector and adheres to the surface of the filter bag. The pulse valve controls the high-pressure airflow to blow it into the filter bag instantaneously, causing the filter bag to expand and fluctuate violently, and the adhered powder will fall off through the sudden shaking of the filter bag. The powder falling on the lower part of the dust collector is collected and discharged from the two places through the screw conveyor.
The filtered airflow is discharged into the air through the muffler with the fan. This system is an open-circuit system and runs under negative pressure.
① Higher output, lower energy consumption
The newly designed grinding curve of the grinding roller and ring further improves the grinding efficiency of the HGM ultrafine grinding mill. Under the same fineness and power, the production capacity is 40% higher than that of jet mills and stirring mills, the output is twice that of ball mills, and the energy consumption of the system is only 30% of that of jet mills.
② 150-3000 mesh adjustable fineness
The cage-type powder separator of the HGM ultra-fine crusher adopts German technology, which effectively improves the precision of powder selection. In addition, according to the user’s requirements for output, fineness, and sieving rate, a multi-head cage type powder concentrator can be configured. The fineness of the product can be adjusted arbitrarily between 150-3000 mesh, and the one-time screening rate can reach d97≤5μm.
③ No rolling bearings and screws in the grinding chamber
There are no rolling bearings and screws in the cavity of the HGM ultrafine grinding mill. Users do not need to worry about damage to the bearings or seals, and there is no problem of machine damage due to loose screws. The lubrication device is installed outside the main shaft, which can realize external non-stop lubrication and continuous production for 24 hours.
④ Pulse dust collector dust removal makes the operation more environmentally friendly
HGM ultrafine grinding mill is equipped with a high-efficiency pulse dust collector, so there will be no dust pollution during the operation of the entire crushing system.
