The maintenance and repair work of calcium carbonate ultrafine grinding mill is very necessary to improve the service life of the equipment.
1. Clean the mill. Clean the inside and outside of the parts of the mill, including the machine body, grinding ring, grinding roller, motor, belt, gear connection, etc., and all the places that can be cleaned should be cleaned. The purpose of this is to find out whether there are any loopholes and do a full “body” inspection.
2. During the cleaning process of the mill, pay attention to find out whether the bolts of each connection part are complete and whether there is any looseness or loss. Loose bolts need to be tightened immediately, and missing bolts should be made up immediately.
3. Write in the table the faults that are easy to occur in the equipment of the ultra-fine pulverizer. From easy to difficult, eliminate one by one to ensure that the same failure does not occur repeatedly in production. Especially safety-related faults must be eliminated.
4. After the troubleshooting of the mill is completed, the whole machine must be maintained. Grease the lubrication points, and replace the lubricating oil and gear oil on time as required by the instructions.
5. After the maintenance is done, the mechanical equipment should be placed on a flat and solid site, and can be parked in a dedicated hangar if conditions permit.
