Heavy calcium carbonate is made of calcite, chalk, marble and other ores as raw materials, and is produced by mechanical pulverization. It is a commonly used powdery inorganic filler with high chemical purity, high inertness, not easy to chemical reaction, good thermal stability, no decomposition below 400 ℃, high whiteness, low oil absorption rate, low refractive index, soft, dry, non-toxic. Contains crystal water, low hardness, low abrasion value, non-toxic, tasteless, odorless, good dispersibility and so on.
Widely used in the fields of chemical industry, papermaking, medicine and building materials, it can increase product volume, reduce cost, improve processing properties (such as adjusting viscosity, rheological properties, vulcanization properties), improve dimensional stability, reinforce or semi-reinforcement, improve printing performance, improve physical properties (such as heat resistance, matting, abrasion resistance, flame retardancy, whiteness, gloss), etc.

Grinding stage ▼
The raw materials with suitable particle size are continuously and evenly sent to the main machine for grinding through the belt feeder, and the ground fine powder is sent to the classifier for classification under the action of the air flow of the fan. The air duct enters the collection phase.
Collection phase ▼
The dust gas from the mill enters the cyclone collector through the main air outlet pipe, and most of the finished fine powder is separated under the action of centrifugal force. The excess gas is discharged and sent to the pulse dust collector.
After the pulse dust collector, it becomes clean gas and discharged. The finished product fine powder collected by the cloth bag is transported to the finished product conveying stage together by the screw conveyor.

The finished ore powder collected by the dust collector and the cyclone collector is sent to the next process or into the finished product tank by the screw conveyor.

Processing fineness: about 200 mesh
Heavy calcium does not contain ferric sulfate and aluminum sulfate, and is almost entirely composed of monocalcium phosphate, which will not cause phosphoric acid degradation in soil. In alkaline soil and sulfur-loving crops, the effect of heavy calcium is not as good as that of ordinary calcium. The rest are similar to calcium general.
