1. Crushing stage:
Large pieces of material are crushed by the crusher to the fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the grinding mill.
2. Grinding stage:
Small pieces of material that meet the conditions for entering the grinding mill are uniformly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the mill through the conveying and feeding system, and pulverized in the grinding cavity.
3. Classification stage:
The ground material will be classified by the classifier along with the airflow of the system, and the unqualified powder will be classified by the classifier and returned to the main machine grinding cavity for re-grinding.
4. Powder collection stage:
The powder that meets the fineness enters the powder collection system with the airflow through the pipeline, and the gas and powder are separated. The finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device and then is packaged by a powder tanker or an automatic baler.

The amount of kaolin used in the paper industry far exceeds that of other industries. Kaolin has been used as a filler for coatings and paints because of its white color, low price, good fluidity, stable chemical properties, and large surface cation exchange capacity.
Kaolin can be used to improve the brushability of coatings, the storage stability of the coating system, the moisture absorption and impact resistance of the coating, and the anti-floating and blooming properties of the pigment.

The production of high-insulation cables requires excessive addition of electrical performance modifiers, and kaolin can be used as electrical performance modifiers. In plastic cables and insulating materials that require high electrical insulation properties, modified calcined kaolin needs to be added.
Kaolin has a very high resistivity after being calcined at an appropriate temperature. Kaolin’s porosity is different at different calcination temperatures. The voids have a certain adsorption effect on some of the more active and harmful components in the cable material, which can improve the insulation of the cable.
The surface modification of calcined kaolin can improve its dispersibility in polymer materials, enhance the performance of products.
